Booking an Appointment

To EXISTING patients:
If you feel the need for more than one appointment per month please contact me so we can discuss it further :)
I am just trying to be conscious of fitting everyone and their treatment needs in within a reasonable time.

Please let me know if you have any questions in regards to your upcoming appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment there will be a $50 fee charged for less than 12 hours notice. This amount cannot be billed through insurance.

I do not offer direct billing, you will be issued a copy of your receipt after your treatment for insurance submission.
